I bought a ramen kit at a market and become insanely addicted to this soup base. It is the most delicious flavour. I have used it as a super base but also to add flavour to things like a lemon pasta. It seems like a tiny amount when it arrives but it has lasted accross many meals. I also love the lack of plastic.
