Viral Dumpling Lasagna

Is it a dumpling? Is it a lasagna? It's both! The composition of a lasagna with the components of a dumpling. So quick, so easy. Mid-week dinner approved.
Ingredients
- 4 Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
- 5 prawns, shell off
- Spring onions
- 200g minced pork
- 2 tsp of Spicy Mushroom Blend
- 2 tsp of soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp of sesame oil
- A dash of white pepper
- 6 dumpling skins
- 2 tbsp of black vinegar (or to taste)
- 2 tsp of chilli oil (or to taste)
Method
- Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water for about 10 minutes, or until they are soft. Save some water about 3 tbsp for later.
- Mince the prawns. Cut shiitake mushrooms and spring onions into small pieces. Save some spring onions for garnish later.
- Mix minced prawns, shiitake mushrooms and spring onions with minced pork in a bowl.
- Season with Spicy Mushroom Blend, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper and water from the mushrooms. Mix well.
- In a small bowl, layer 1 tbsp of pork mix. Even out the pork mix to over the surface of the bowl. If you are using a bigger bowl, use more pork mix.
- Layer 1 dumpling skin over the pork mix. Repeat with the pork mix, then layer with 1 dumpling skin again. We made 3 layers. Finish off with dumpling skin.
- Steam for 8 minutes, or until cooked.
- Remove from steamer. Garnish with spring onion, vinegar and chilli oil.
- Take a pic, then enjoy immediately.
