Matcha Chia Pudding

If matcha latte and smoothie had a baby, this was it. This Matcha Chia Pudding is so easy to meal prep and super convenient for a quick, easy breakfast. Plus, it's also nutritious and packed with goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 part chia seeds
  • 3 parts milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp of matcha powder
  • 80ml of lukewarm water
  • Strawberries, cut to small pieces (optional)
  • Yoghurt of your choice (optional)
  • Maple syrup (optional)

Method

1. Add chia seeds with milk of your choice. Stir to mix well.

2. In a separate bowl, add lukewarm water to Matcha Powder and whisk until its evenly mixed. Pour the matcha into the jar with the Chia Seeds. Stir to mix well.

3. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Before eating, top with some yoghurt, maple syrup and strawberries for sweetness.
