Veggie Rice Bowl

Our Asian Greens Mix topping is designed for our Noodle Kits. But it's unofficially made for other things too - like this Veggie Rice Bowl. The toppings has bok choy, beancurd rolls, shiitake mushrooms and spring onions.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rice
  • 100g of Asian Greens Mix
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 chinese sausages. You can swap this for chicken pieces if you like.
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • Salt and white pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Cook rice in the rice cooker.
  2. In the meantime, fry garlic and chinese sausage with some oil until fragrant.
  3. Add Asian Greens Mix. Mix well.
  4. Add the mixture into the rice cooker. Make sure the rice is only partially cooked and have some moisture. Mix well.
  5. Allow rice cooker to finish cooking.
  6. Scoop rice into a small bowl. Tip rice on a plate to serve.
  7. Enjoy!
