Of course, it's wonderful in ramen. Added flavour and texture and crunch, all my favourite things. I had to decant to a container immediately though because it summoned cats from all corners of my house!
I’ve bought furikake from overseas before & used it sparingly because it was so precious. So wonderful to have a local source. And it includes many flavours. Wonderful.
I go through a lot of this, so good to get a plastic-free packaging. Tastes great
I originally tried this as it wasn't much more expensive than what's in the supermarket. But it's SO much better. You can really taste the katsuobushi and the texture is great.
