Green Tea Soba, or Chasoba, is thin soba or buckwheat noodles that's infused with green tea which gives it its light green tinge and subtle flavour. Chasoba can be served hot or cold. To prepare cold Chasoba, simply cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes, or until noodles are al dente. Place noodles into a cold bath. Garnish with chopped onion, sesame seeds, strips of seaweed and wasabi. Serve with pre-made dipping sauce.
