Keep my jar full.

I love having my jar of dried sliced shittake Mushrooms kept loaded as I use them in so many of my family asian favourites such as Seaweed soup because they are full of flavour.

I love the spicy mushroom powder it’s my favourite, I add it to miso soup and it makes it so yummy!

Great mushrooms - huge quantity

These mushrooms are great for putting in stir fries and curries. Super flavoursome.

Be aware that the largest weight option is a truly industrial quantity of mushrooms! Like probably about a pillowcase worth. I am set for the next few years probably.

Dried Shitake Mushroom slices

I felt that shiitake slices had less flavour than I wanted. This was exemplified by the soaking water being pale and the slices themselves not having the sort of high flavour profile that I associate with shiitakes. Also some of the slices still had some stem attached and i had to go through and cut them off.
